GATE INSTALLATIONS

Teaming up with TDR Construction we installed this cantilever gate, which is almost 12m long with a 7.8m clear opening, built by a company local to me and finished in squirrel blue to match their building. To hold it in place it sits on a concrete block weighing in at 10 tonnes!
In keeping with the automation at their other site we used a SEA motor, dual height Roger Technology photocells and safety edges to protect any entrapment points. For access we installed two dual height card reader posts with 2 code pads on each and left ductings in so their access company can install fob readers connected back to the original system.
Then to finish the whole job we also installed 5 bays of fencing and a pedestrian gate with self closer.
